The Journey Begins...
I have been selected to join the Business Chicks Leadership Program with The Hunger Project, which will see me travelling to Ghana in April 2020.
The Hunger Project is a global, non-profit organisation working with millions of people living in extreme poverty and hunger to achieve sustainable self-reliance. Their goal is to end world hunger by 2030.
In local villages across Africa, India, Bangladesh and Latin America, people are mobilising at the grass-roots roots level to achieve their vision of living lives free from hunger. Through programs such as education, microfinance, agriculture and health, The Hunger Project empowers people with the skills, knowledge and resources they need to break the poverty cycle themselves.
As a part of this program, I have committed to raising over $10,000 to support the programs that will transform the women and men living in remote, resource-limited villages into community leaders who end hunger and poverty in their communities.
I NEED YOUR HELP!!
$10,000 is a big target to reach but the impact of the ongoing projects undertaken by The Hunger Project, will make it well worth it. ALL donations over $2 are tax deductible.
