THP #GAMECHANGERS JOURNEY
In MAY 2020 I will be embarking on the Decjuba Game Changer's journey, travelling to Uganda alongside a small group of selected team-members and Decjuba CEO run through 'The Hunger Project' organisation.
As part of my journey, I am committed to raising $5,000 for The Hunger Project. The Hunger Project is focused on educating, training, and empowering community members - predominantly women, living in extreme conditions of poverty and malnutrition, and aid communities towards become self-reliant.
The Hunger Project is driven towards the goal of ending world hunger by 2030 and focuses on shifting the mindsets of women and men so they can transform into leaders for the sustainable end to hunger. I'm passionate about The Hunger Project as the focus is on treating the cause, not the symptoms, in order to create an enabling environment for change.
I look forward to stepping out of my comfort zone on this trip, and am so grateful to have this opportunity to contribute to positive change and witness the inspiring work of The Hunger Project on a more personal level. I hope you can help support my journey and fundraising!
