Immerse yourself in growth

In a weekend like no other, our expert facilitators are guiding thirty participants through purpose-filled workshops, reflections and discussions. You will increase your leadership capability by improving your ability to overcome challenges when pursuing personal and professional goals.

The bespoke leadership program includes parts of The Hunger Project's in-country experiences we run across Africa, India and Bangladesh. Balancing challenge and restoration, the curated program promotes growth, grounding, clarity, and connection.

You can expect tailored leadership and self-development workshops, guided movement and mindfulness, as well as opportunities for collaboration and connection.

The program will stretch and support you, leaving you invigorated and restored. You will also learn about and support the creation of global, sustainable change for people living in hunger.

Mutual commitment for sustainable outcomes

How a weekend helps to end hunger?

A significant component of the Leadership Immersion Weekend, and the reason our approach works is that you are investing both in yourself and the cause: the sustainable end of hunger and poverty.

At The Hunger Project, we know people living in hunger are the solution to ending it. In the same way, our training weekend empowers you to take the actions required to address the challenges you face personally and professionally.

Your financial contribution and increased awareness of The Hunger Project’s work helps to catalyse real change in communities fighting hunger, in return the program will provide you with the ability to: ?

  • Clarify your purpose;
  • Identify and challenge your unconscious and potentially limiting beliefs;
  • Unlock and work through personal or professional challenges
  • Create an inspiring vision for your future; and
  • Importantly, develop an action plan for achieving your vision.
