Leadership Training
The Hunger Project’s global leadership training was created in conjunction with leadership consultants, McKinsey and Co. The specific program we are conducting across the weekend has been facilitated for organisations including CBA, Decjuba and Business Chicks. It has also been run in our program countries.
Two bold, inspiring leaders are facilitating the weekend. Executive coach, speaker, author and recruiter, Christine Khor, and founder and director of Runway Consulting, Helen Scott.

Testimonials
Tania Austin - CEO of Decjuba
The THP team have been the driving force behind the leadership programs and have delivered incredibly well thought out and considered workshops along with immersion trips where my team see their own potential in a different light and understand how they can become active leaders in their own way. The Hunger Project’s corporate leadership initiatives have been monumental in shifting mindsets and unlocking amazing self-belief in my team. As a business we have grown exponentially through this involvement with The Hunger Project.
Jacinta McDonell - Founder Human Kind Project and Co-founder Anytime Fitness Australia
I have always loved business, but it wasn’t until I embarked on a leadership immersion program with The Hunger Project to see their work on the ground in Malawi, that I fully came to understand my purpose about being a voice to use business for good. This trip in 2014 really galvanised my desire to stand for something more than profit within business, and also throughout my daily life. When speaking about how Human Kind Project began, I often say that “I didn’t have a choice”, and I do honestly believe that when we feel a purpose which is much bigger than ourselves, it is impossible to ignore.
David Lyon - Executive Manager CBA
I have been fortunate enough to participate in a number of amazing THP leadership programs over the last 8 years which have tangibly enhanced my ability to lead both personally and professionally... I was once interviewing a woman for a role and when she asked what the bank does differently, I talked about the leadership program and The Hunger Project. By the end of that discussion, she said she wanted to come work for us. That just makes the difference. As much as this is us doing the right thing, it also really connects us with business outcomes. And there is no reason they have to be mutually exclusive.
You can register in complete confidence because we promise to look after you should COVID-19 affect your participation in the weekend. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us if you have any questions.
